3D Printed Nasal Swab Prototype

Due to the extensive shortages on medical equipment including PPE and testing kits, we explored the prospect of producing nasal swabs by utilizing stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing. The resin nasal swab prototypes where designed to get a samples without being too intrusive.

The prototype proved to be quite strong, resisting brittle failure.
